The Company offers digital images through downloads and delivered with the highest level of professionalism and care. This Agreement specifies the relationship and obligations between the Company and the Customer in relation to the services provided.

3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed or a service has been initiated, it is considered complete and non-reversible.

3.1 Service Finality

  • All payments made are non-refundable, even if the Customer is dissatisfied with the outcome, changes their mind, or is unable to utilize the service.
  • Our team ensures that every service or product is delivered in accordance with the specifications provided and industry standards.

3.2 Exceptions

  • The Company will only consider a refund in cases where a legal obligation requires it, such as misrepresentation or breach of the terms by the Company.
  • If an error occurs on our part that cannot be rectified, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit for future use or take corrective action.

4. Payment and Fees

  • All fees for products or services must be paid upfront or as per the agreed payment terms.
  • The Customer agrees to pay all fees associated with the chosen services without delay or dispute.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • Any requests for changes or modifications to the order or service must be made within a day  and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Cancellations made after an order is confirmed will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Liability Limitation

  • The Company is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Customer as a result of using our services, except where required by law.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, and the Customer acknowledges that the use of our services is at their own risk.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing our products or engaging our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
